2021 10 28 BuyWise Update

Fixed issue with order by and approved by not allowed in a manual PO.
Fixed cost not saving on manual PO properly.
Fixed adding 1 item to a PO and then pressing change and not changing anything not showing that item until BuyWise restarted.
