POS Nation Expands Team

Investing in professional and knowledgeable employees is a major priority for us here at POS Nation. That’s why we’re proud of the growth and development we’ve made over the past year in expanding our team.

During Q3 2019, we welcomed Jared and Heather to our technical support team. Along with these additions, our very own Product Specialist, Kelsey, took over as west coast sales director. In Q1 2020, we welcomed Niala to the marketing team as our newest digital marketing manager. And just when you thought we couldn’t grow any larger as a company, at the beginning of Q2 2020, we brought in Jes as our first customer success manager.

If you’re interested in joining a small company in a fast-growing, high-tech industry, you can see what positions we have available on our jobs page. We’re always looking for smart, hardworking, ambitious professionals who love technology!

We’re pleased to announce the addition of four new employees to the POS Nation team. In response to the growing demand for tech services, we expanded our Technical Support department by adding two new technicians, Ryan Howland, and Anh Le. Ryan and Anh bring years of IT experience to the team and are well versed in the point of sale industry.

POS Nation also added two new members to the growing sales team. Ryan Bates will focus on inside sales while George Alvarez joins the team as POS Nation’s Business Development Manager. As we continue to expand our presence in the Charlotte point of sale market, George will be charged with developing and nurturing local relationships within the retail and restaurant space. In addition to being an accomplished chef, George brings almost 15 years of point of sale experience to the team.

One final bit of HR news, we’re pleased to announce the promotion of Spence Hoffman to Senior Product Specialist. As our most tenured employee, Spence will now be tasked with managing POS Nation’s inside sales team as well as managing his own accounts (if you’re one of Spence’s customers, don’t worry, he’s still there to help you out).
